Sponsoring a Light – We want to make this experience super fun for your business and/or family! Your name will be displayed in front of your light for the duration of the event. Please reach out to Jenica to schedule a time to sit down and pick out a Christmas display of your choosing. Lighted displays can range in price from a few hundred dollars to $500.00, $1,000.00 and even more. It truly depends on your budget and preference!
Sponsors will be responsible for their light cost and an additional $125.00 to help cover any shipping costs and signage. All light displays will be made with LED lights. After that initial, first investment the Bureau County Fair along with the Princeton Area Chamber of Commerce & Princeton Tourism will be responsible for the maintenance and storage of the lights, along with set up and tear down each year. Whereafter both entities will retain ownership of all light displays.
*There are also possibilities for creating a custom light display of your liking. Prices begin at $1,000.00.
*We do reserve the right to evaluate at year 5 a possible fee to retain sponsorship of your chosen display.
Donors – Additional funds will always be needed for those expenses not often thought about. For example, electrical & building supplies, maintenance, signage, snow removal, storage costs and the electric bill itself! Any type of donation that would contribute to making this event a success would be extremely appreciated.
All sponsors and donors will be recognized throughout the season and in any advertising campaigns!
